Research &
Analysis

MeriTec professionals are adept at
flexing to meet new challenges and
requirements. We are capable of creating
the Air Force’s next generation network
intrusion detection systems, supporting
development of the Information
Operations appendix to Combatant
Commander’s deliberate plans, building
decision tools for a customer’s
leadership, a plan of instruction, or
tackling any demanding and technical
problem. MeriTec’s software developers,
systems architects, engineers, and
analysts all apply a systematic process
to research and development – identify
requirements, perform independent
research to gather and assimilate data,
identify and analyze alternatives,
recommend a course of action, and proceed
with a disciplined approach to achieve
desired outcomes. This process is
dynamic and can be applied to any research
and development challenge.
We take the same disciplined and
rigorous approach to analysis. We have
analyzed advanced concept technologies,
the newest internet protocols for
vulnerabilities, and are conducting
Electronic Warfare engineering analyses
supported by modeling and simulation in
direct support of U.S. Combatant
Commanders worldwide. We conduct
independent intelligence and open-source
research, make well-founded engineering
assumptions where necessary, perform
high-definition radio frequency
modeling, produce graphic analytical
products, and provide recommended
courses of action for material
development and even real-world military
operations. Additionally, for our
Information Technology and Information
Operations vulnerability assessments, we
developed laboratory test environments
and planned for and orchestrated lab and
field tests and demonstrations.
