Training Services

MeriTec provides a broad spectrum of training solutions to our DoD customers.

MeriTec trainers assist our customers to improve their staff’s performance by helping students excel in their current job or prepare them for new duties or to succeed in a different job. We provide stand-up instruction, implementation assistance, and training materials including training data bases, computer based training courseware, slides/manuals, etc. for topics like information technology, avionics, and enterprise automation systems.

We use a systems approach, Instructional Systems Design (ISD), to our training and courseware development. We analyze the subject of the training to fully understand it and the goals of the training. We develop methods or models to achieve goals then, we develop the model into a training product with courseware. As we implement the training/courseware, we continually evaluate and modify our system’s design to ensure training is optimal and achieving desired results.

MeriTec has provided training support to all DoD Service Departments.
