About the Role
Position supports the Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center. This position will support scientific and engineering research, analysis, and development that shall accelerate the Government’s capability to provide the authoritative, validated, and verified data, information, and model objects required for JFC elements and Service organizations to achieve EMS superiority and EMS control and to plan, direct, monitor, and assess EMS operations across all operational domains and functions.
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
3 years’ experience as a help desk technician or other customer service role.
Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer and technical issues.
One or more certifications in: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CCNE), or equivalent.
